Who is responsible

The short version

  • No cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers.
  • Two forms, both optional: the contact form and the newsletter.
  • Data goes only to the providers needed to deliver email. It is never sold and never shared for marketing.

The contact form

If you use the contact form we receive your name (optional), your email address and your message. We use them for one thing: replying to you. The submission is delivered to our inbox as an email via Brevo, our email service provider, and is not stored in any database of ours beyond that correspondence.

We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation - and any engagement that follows from it - requires, and delete it when it no longer serves a purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The newsletter

Subscribing stores your email address with Brevo, on our newsletter list, after you confirm through a double opt-in link. It is used only to send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address from the list. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Hosting and technical data

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical data - IP addresses and request logs - to deliver pages and to protect the site against abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Brevo - email delivery and the newsletter list.
  • Cloudflare - website hosting and content delivery.
  • Our email hosting provider - the mailbox behind hello@stech-solutions.eu.

Each processes personal data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@stech-solutions.eu and we will act on it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date.
